Warranty includes Rider ERROR. NUFF said. I think this is a PROOF OF CONCEPT product. In layman's terms. They want people to accept carbon as a viable and SAFE material for building rims. This product is like any product pushing tech forward. Only early adopters with enough disposable income will buy them. As they get popular the price then goes down. Eventually everyone gets the tech for cheap. Remember V-brakes used to be only on XT and XTR bikes. (same thing with Hydraulics)Full suspension used to cost a small fortune. Aluminum bikes used to be crazy expensive. Eventually carbon wheels will be trusty and no big deal. Get used to change.
As far is carbon is concerned. I work in a shop which sells hundreds of carbon bikes every year. I warranty lots of products, sometimes rarely even carbon stuff. Usually the only reason carbon stuff gets warrantied is NOT because it broke but because it was impacted hard and you can't tell if it was damaged or not. (In most cases I suspect if it didn't show obvious damage it is likely because it's fine) They warranty carbon products because it make's the customer feel better. Most people think carbon is some kind of brittle wonder plastic that breaks on impact. BULL$HIT

I can't even make these bars flex a little. Shows you how much force they use to test them. Aluminum wont do that!!!!
